National Desk, 21st March: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has criticized the current ruling party over the issue of Electoral Bonds, stating that the Supreme Court declared these bonds illegal and unconstitutional.
Despite this, the ruling party has allegedly used the scheme to amass large sums of money.
Kharge further accused the ruling party of a conspiracy to freeze the bank account of the main opposition party, disrupting the balance in election funding.
He warned that this could have significant implications and stressed the importance of a level playing field for preserving democracy in the country.
