Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Files Nomination for Lucknow Lok Sabha Constituency
National Desk, 29th April: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, contesting as the BJP candidate from the Lucknow Lok Sabha constituency, officially submitted his nomination papers for the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024 on April 29.
The nomination filing ceremony witnessed the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
Lucknow is slated to participate in the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections on May 20.
Prior to filing his nomination, Rajnath Singh led a spirited roadshow, connecting with supporters along the way. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath accompanied him during this energetic procession.
With Lucknow’s voting scheduled for the fifth phase on May 20, only time will reveal the outcome for Singh and his electoral prospects.
