Direct Recruitment Exam for Grade IV Starts Today in Assam
Guwahati: The written examinations of the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts have started across Assam from today morning.
The examinations scheduled from 10am to 12am and 2pm to 4pm.
According to reports, the districts across assam where the exams are held are in strict security.
Across the 25 districts of Assam the overall candidates are 4,43,655.
The exam will be conducted under careful oversight. Mobile phones are not permitted at the testing locations for pupils. Furthermore, candidates will not be permitted to bring any electronic gadgets like a smartwatch, fitness bands, electric scanners, Bluetooth devices, microphones, etc.
The candidates are also restricted to take printed or written books, calculators, pen drives, paper sheets, etc.
Moreover, internet services have been suspended for four hours in the districts where the examinations are conducted.

Notably, Section 144 has been implemented within a 100-meter radius of the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) headquarters at Bamunimaidan in Guwahati to prevent dishonest individuals from using unfair measures to disrupt the recruitment exam process within and outside the SEBA office.
