Earthquake Of Magnitude 4.5 Hits Nepal, no casualties
International Desk, 23rd November: The Nepal Seismological Centre reported an early Thursday morning earthquake in Nepal, registering a magnitude of 4.5.
The epicenter was identified at Chitlang in Makwanpur district, and the seismic activity occurred at 1:20 am local time.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
This comes closely on the heels of Nepal’s ongoing recovery from a more severe 6.4 magnitude earthquake that struck on November 3, resulting in substantial loss of life and property.
In the aftermath of the November 3 earthquake, India swiftly responded by providing essential aid, including medical equipment and relief materials.
The initial quake, which was felt as far as New Delhi and parts of north India, resulted in 157 deaths and numerous injuries.
As the first responder, India dispatched critical assistance to those affected, aiming to alleviate the impact of the disaster.
