Guwahati: In a shocking incident, an employee of the Electricity Department of Mizoram was electrocuted in Lawngtlai district of state on Friday.
The person died after being electrocuted while repairing an electric post’s electricity wires.
The deceased employee has been identified as Francis Rsungnunga.
It should be noted that on October 14, three Lawngtlai residents of Mizoram lost their life while assisting the power department’s workers in fixing downed electrical posts and lines.
