Guwahati: An ex-APSC member named Brigadier Ranjit Barthakur attended to give testimony in the special judge’s court after receiving a notification from the justice Biplab Kumar Sharma commission over the enormous recruitment scam.
The APSC ADO scam case was brought up in court by Ranjit Barthakur, who had been assigned earlier in 2016 to clean up the mess left by the APSC scam.
Barthakur gave testimony regarding the APSC ADO fraud. He was a member of the APSC under Rakesh Pal when the scandal occurred.
Each day, the State Special Judge’s Court hears arguments in the ADO case.
