Guwahati: In a shocking incident, an executive engineer was found dead from his quarters in Nagaon district of Assam on Tuesday morning.
The deceased identified as Dilip Baruah, believed to be in his 40s.
It is learned that Baruah was assigned to the Nagaon – Berhampur Irrigation Department as an executive engineer.
He was recovered dead in his apartment in Teliyagaon area of the district.
His cause of death is yet been ascertained.
Meanwhile, local police arrived at the scene and recovered the body for an autopsy.
