A sensational incident occurred in Sikkim as a falling tree smashed four parked vehicles at Tathnagchen ,Gangtok and even damaged the main gate of Tharpa Manilakhang (Monastery). Out of four vehicles three cars were parked inside the Monastery vicinity.
Sikkim has been experiencing threatening anguish of the nature as massive landslides, mudslides , flash flood have been occuring in the state in the recent times . Severe rain have caused landslides in many areas of Sikkim which have led to blockage of roads.
