Fires Break Out in Haldia, Gwalior, and Pune; No Casualties Reported
National Desk, 20th April: On Saturday, April 20, a significant fire erupted in Haldia, West Bengal, causing destruction to several shops. The fire originated in a supermarket area, and authorities are currently investigating the cause of the blaze.
Firefighters swiftly responded to the incident upon receiving information and are currently engaged in efforts to extinguish the flames. Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties or injuries thus far.
In a separate incident, a large fire broke out in Rang Mahal and Sangam Vatika in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, on Friday. Fire crews promptly arrived at the scene and are working diligently to bring the situation under control.
Similarly, on Friday afternoon, a fire erupted at Phoenix Mall in the Viman Nagar area of Pune. Six fire engines were dispatched following an emergency call at approximately 3.30 pm. Rescue operations are ongoing, and authorities are assessing the source of the fire and the extent of the damage.
