Flight Services Suspended at Guwahati Airport Due to Cyclone Remal

Guwahati, 7th May: In light of the severe weather conditions anticipated from Cyclone Remal, authorities at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati have suspended all flight services to Kolkata. This precautionary measure is intended to ensure passenger safety amidst the cyclone’s imminent impact.

A total of 14 flights scheduled to Kolkata have been canceled, significantly affecting travel plans. The cancellations include:

  • IndiGo: Four flights
  • Alliance Air: Four flights
  • Air India: One flight
  • SpiceJet: One flight, along with several other affected services
