Guwahati: Former All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) leader Dhruba Das died of a heart attack on Monday morning.
Dhruba was the current President of the Raha Regional Development Committee and the former Mayor of Raha constituency in Nagaon district.
As per reports, the death of the leader was unexpected.
However, the other political parties and organisations including AASU expressed their condolences.
