Guwahati, 13th February: Former Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi, was bestowed with the Assam Baibhab, the highest civilian award in the state today.
Governor Gulab Chand Kataria conferred the prestigious award upon Gogoi during a ceremony held at the Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra in Guwahati.
