National Desk, 16th May: In a tragic accident on the Chennai-Trichy National Highway near Maduranthakam, four people lost their lives, and more than 15 sustained injuries when a bus collided with a lorry.
The collision occurred as the bus driver attempted to overtake the lorry but lost control of the vehicle.
The injured have been promptly transported to the Chengalpattu government hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are on the scene, and further details are awaited as the investigation continues.
