Guwahati: In a shocking incident, four minor boys in Barpeta district of Assam were arrested for allegedly attempting to kidnap a schoolgirl.
The incident was reported at Chayaram Girls Institute.
According to reports, the child was allegedly the target of an attempted kidnapping by the four youngsters, who were all under the age of 18, near her school in the centre of Barpeta town.
Fortunately, the girl was rescued from their grasps when her classmates and other students observed them.
Later, cops detained all four of them.
