Guwahati: The Guwahati Railway Police on Monday afternoon seized huge amount of ganja from Guwahati Railway Station.
According to reports, the ganja weighting around 103 kilograms was seized from a Rajdhani express train that had halted at the station.
Meanwhile, four persons including two women have been arrested in connection to the seizure.
The arrestees identified as Puja Rajbhar, Juma Saha, Sandeep Das and Suman Das.
It may be mentioned that the seized ganja has a market value worth Rs 11 lakh.
Reports further stated that the ganja was seized from a train that was en route New Jalphaiguri from Dimapur.
An investigation to unearth further linkages is on.
