Guwahati: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has issued a notice to Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Bhupen Borah requesting that he show a copy of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) and approved plan for his built structure at Niribili Path, Ghoramara Chariali, Guwahati.
The notice was issued in response to a complaint against the “unauthorised” construction of one Bhaskarjyoti Kumar’s building made by Hiren Bhatta and Bhetapara Ghoramara.
Due to this, GMC officials have instructed the state Congress leader to respond within three days.
