Guwahati, July 19, 2024: The Governor of Assam, Gulab Chand Kataria, has announced that the Autumn Session of the Assam Legislative Assembly will commence on Thursday, August 22, 2024. The session is scheduled to begin at 9:30 A.M. and will be held in the Assembly Chamber in Dispur.
This announcement is made in accordance with the powers conferred under Article 174(1) of the Constitution of India.
