Guwahati: The Central Government has scheduled an all-party meeting on July 17 (Sunday), prior to the start of Parliament’s Monsoon Session.
Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi has summoned this meeting. All political party floor leaders have been invited to this meeting.
The meeting’s agenda will include discussions about how to increase productivity and discussions about the forthcoming monsoon session.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the meeting, according to sources.
The Election to the President of India will take place on the opening day of the session on July 18 and the Election to the Vice President will take place on August 6.
The Monsoon Session of Parliament will begin on July 18 and will be held till August 12.
