Guwahati: A dead body of a man was recovered from an apartment complex in Hatigaon area of Guwahati on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased identified as 51-year-old Kumud Rabha.
According to reports, Rabha’s body was recovered from a drain inside the building premises.
Reportedly, Rabha had been missing for the past few days.
However, Rabha was a resident of Boko town in Kamrup district and worked as a security guard of Aum Apartments located at Ashok path.
Meanwhile, the body has been sent for post mortem and further investigation into the matter is underway.
It may be mentioned that the reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained.
