Guwahati, 16th February: In yet another disturbing incident of crime against women, a girl was molested in Guwahati’s Swaraj Nagar on Thursday evening.
The victim was walking to her rented home when a man suddenly approached her from behind and assaulted her.
The entire reprehensible act was captured on a nearby CCTV camera.
Sources indicate that the accused had been stalking the victim for an extended period before committing the heinous act.
An FIR has been lodged at Dispur Police Station, and authorities are actively pursuing the case to bring the perpetrator to justice.
