Guwahati: A 21-years old patient who was receiving treatment at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Guwahati went missing on Thursday from the hospital .
Another patient has vanished from the government-funded hospital in what has become a routine occurrence.
The patient was identified as Achitaba Dey who is a resident of Bishnu Rabha path at Odalbakra in the Lalganesh area of Guwahati. .
According to reports, the patient’s caretakers reported him missing at about 8 a.m.
According to reports, the patient has been receiving treatment at GMCH since November 15 for some mental illness.
The patient’s parents are currently searching him but they have not yet found him.
