Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a stepfather allegedly raped his 16-year-old minor daughter in Guwahati’s Chandmari area on Wednesday.
The incident occurred in the Bhaskar Nagar neighbourhood of Chandmari.
The accused identified as Ravi Vawel.
According to reports, Vawel allegedly poisoned the victim before perpetrating the horrible murder when no one else was at home.
Meanwhile, Vawel had been doing the crime for a long time but had never been caught.
It needs to be noted that Vawel’s second wife, with whom he is currently living, is the mother of the girl, a class ten student.
