Guwahati Students Achieve 84.14% Pass Rate in CBSE Class X Exams

Guwahati: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today announced the results for the Class X board examinations, revealing that Guwahati recorded a commendable pass percentage of 84.14%. While this figure is below the national average, it signifies a steady academic performance within the region.

Across India, an impressive 93.60% of students successfully passed the Class X examinations. This national figure represents a slight increase of 0.06 percentage points compared to the previous academic year, underscoring the consistent efforts of students nationwide. Notably, female students continued their trend of academic excellence, achieving a pass percentage of 95%, which is 2.37 percentage points higher than that of their male counterparts.

The much-awaited CBSE results were made accessible online today, enabling students from all corners of the country, including those affiliated with the Guwahati regional office, to conveniently check their individual scores. The official CBSE websites, along with platforms managed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), served as the primary channels for students to view their results.

To ensure seamless access, the CBSE provided multiple online avenues for students to obtain their scorecards. These include the official CBSE website (https://www.cbse.gov.in/), the NIC results portal (http://www.results.nic.in/), the DigiLocker platform (https://results.digilocker.gov.in/), and the UMANG mobile application (https://umang.gov.in). Furthermore, students can conveniently download the DigiLocker mobile application from both the Google Play Store (http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.digilocker.android) and the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/in/app/digilocker/id1320618078) to access their digital certificates.
