Guwahati: In the ongoing war against drugs, Assam Police arrested one suspected drug peddler in Guwahati.
A team of Central Guwahati Police Department along with Paltanbazaar Police Station launched a search operation against drugs and arrested one Binod Kumar Verma from RK Mission Road, Birubari, and recovered 18grams of suspected Heroin from his possession.
The officials further seized 109 vials, 3 laptops, 1 mobile tablet & 5 mobiles from the accused.
Legal action has been taken and further investigation is on.
Yesterday, CGPD SOG & Paltanbazaar PS team arrested one Binod Kumar Verma from RK Mission Road, Birubari and recovered 18 gms of Heroin, 109 vials, 3 laptops, 1 mobile tablet & 5 mobiles from his possession.
