Guwahati: Panic gripped in Guwahati city when a body of a youth, with tied legs was found inside an under-constructed building on Saturday.
The body was recovered from Bhetapara area of the city.
The deceased has been identified as Mithun Das.
Reportedly, Das was a resident of Nagarbera under the Kamrup district.
Meanwhile, the Basistha police officials have detained seven persons in connection to the incident for questioning.
