Sikkim has been experiencing continuous rainfall since last few days which have lead occurrence to heavy landslide in most parts of the state. On Saturday North Sikkim part has been totally cut off from rest of the state due to the landslides occurrence in many of it’s areas.
Today also heavy flash flood occurred at Passingdang in Upper Dzongu leading to damage of houses and properties in the Upper Dzongu area. Till latest update Passingdang and most of the Sikkim part is still receiving heavy rains.
