Hockey India Sub Junior East Zone Championship 2024: Jharkhand and Odisha Dominate Opening Day

Sports Desk, 24th July: The opening day of the 2nd Hockey India Sub Junior Men & Women East Zone Championship 2024 witnessed impressive performances by Hockey Jharkhand and Hockey Association of Odisha in the Women’s category, while the Men’s category saw strong showings from Hockey Association of Odisha and Manipur Hockey. The matches were held at Maulana Md. Tayabullah Hockey Stadium, Guwahati.

Women’s Category:

Hockey Jharkhand vs. Assam Hockey

Hockey Jharkhand dominated the first match, defeating Assam Hockey with a resounding 18-0 victory. The goal scorers for Hockey Jharkhand were:
