Guwahati: India reported 9,062 fresh cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), the country’s active caseload has come down to 1,05,058.
Reportedly, 3,64,038 cases were conducted in the last 24 hours of which some new cases were detected while taking the cumulative count to 88.10 crores.
Meanwhile, India’s cumulative death toll from Covid-19 has increased to 5,27,134.
Additionally, India has registered 15,220 cases of his Covid-19 recovery in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,36,54,064.
Notably, the active cases are now 0.24% and the recovery rate is now 98.57%. The daily positive rate is 2.49% and the weekly positive rate is 4.38%.
The country’s Covid-19 vaccination coverage currently stands at a total of 208.57 million vaccines delivered to date, with 25,90,557 doses were given in the last 24 hours as part of a nationwide vaccination campaign.
