Guwahati: India have reported 16,047 fresh covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
According to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), the active covid -19 cases has risen up to 1,28,261.
Reportedly, a total of 3,25,081 tests were detected in the last 24 hours while taking the cumulative count to 87.88 crores and the overall death toll increased to 5,26,826.
In addition, 19,539 Covid-19 recovery in India were noted in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,35,35,610.
Notably, there are currently 0.29 percent of active cases, and the recovery rate is 98.52 percent. The optimism rate for the day is 4.94 percent, and the rate for the week is 4.90 percent.
Covid-19 immunisation coverage in the country has reached a total of 207.03 crore doses provided till now, with 15,21,429 doses delivered in the previous 24 hours as part of the widespread vaccination effort.
