Indian Army Fosters Sportsmanship in Manipur, Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Wushu Arena
Nachou, Manipur: The Indian Army’s Spear Corps took a significant step towards promoting sports and nurturing young talent in Manipur by inaugurating a state-of-the-art Wushu Sanda Arena in Nachou village on December 3rd. This initiative aims to provide a world-class training facility for the region’s aspiring Wushu athletes.
The event was graced by the presence of the President of the Bishnupur District Wushu Association, the Vice-President of Wushu Association, Manipur, local community leaders, and a host of enthusiastic young athletes.
Designed to international standards, the newly unveiled arena is equipped with cutting-edge facilities to empower young Wushu artists. It offers them an ideal platform to hone their skills, participate in competitive events, and achieve excellence in the sport.
