Indian Army Jawan killed in LoC after Pakistan initiated ceasefire violation
An Indian Army Jawan has been killed and another Jawan was seriously injured during a ceasefire violation by Pakistani Army in the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu & Kashmir. According to reports, the Pakistani Army started the unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing from small arms and intense shelling of mortars along the LoC.
The soldier was Naik Karnail Singh who was the general officer commanding of the White Knight Corps. The other soldier who was injured has been taken to the nearby hospital and is undergoing treatment.
