Indian Army Organises ‘Freedom Run’ In Tripura’s Agartala
Guwahati: The Indian Army forces in Tripura participated in the “Freedom Run” in Agartala on Sunday as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign to commemorate India’s 75th anniversary of independence.
Around 800 Army soldiers, more than 400 women, and 150 kids took part in the “Freedom Run,” which began at Lichu Bagan Military Station, while holding the national flag.
“Freedom Run showcased the fitness of the Indian Army. This Freedom Run has once again proved that the Indian Army has full fitness to support the movement to take India as the best nation of all in the world. All including the jawans, women and children deserve to hold the best courage with desired fitness to complete the mission of achieving our country to become Vishwaguru,” said Brigadier Nilesh Choudhury.
The country is celebrating the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign under the auspices of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav to commemorate the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence.
The Central administration, whose official journey began on March 12, 2021, launched a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence, is observing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, run under the auspices of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, aims to inspire people to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India’s independence as well as the illustrious past of its people, culture, and accomplishments.
