India’s Solar Mission “Aditya L1” Successfully Completes Second Earth-Bound Maneuver

National Desk, 5th September: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced on Tuesday that India’s inaugural solar mission, the Aditya L1 spacecraft, has completed its second earth-bound maneuver successfully.

ISRO shared this news through a tweet on X (formerly Twitter).

Furthermore, ISRO revealed that the next maneuver, known as EBN#3, is scheduled for September 10 at approximately 02:30 am IST.

It is important to note that a total of five such orbit maneuvers will be executed as the satellite revolves around the Earth. The new orbit achieved by the satellite measures 282 km x 40,225 km.
