Sports Desk, 12th December: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially disclosed the comprehensive list of cricketers set for auction at the upcoming IPL 2024 event scheduled for December 19 in Dubai. This revelation was made through the Indian Premier League’s social media channels.

The extensive list, featuring 333 players, showcases notable names such as World Cup 2023 champions Travis Head, Mitchell Starc, and Pat Cummins. Notably, twenty-three players have positioned themselves in the highest price category of Rs 2 crore. This includes England’s Harry Brook, Chris Woakes, Jamie Overton, Ben Duckett, and Adil Rashid, despite England’s recent challenges in white-ball cricket.

Emerging talents from the World Cup 2023, Rachin Ravindra and Azmatullah Omarzai, have placed themselves in the Rs 50 lakh bracket, setting the stage for a competitive bidding process for their services.
