Badigam (J&K): In an encounter with security forces on Thursday in Badigam, Zainapora region of Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district, four terrorists belonging to the banned terror group Laskar e Taiba (LeT) were killed.
“In today’s battle, four LeT terrorists were killed. They were active in Pulwama’s Shopian and surrounding districts. They were involved in six terror-related incidents, including attacks on outside workers “Vijay Kumar, the Inspector General of Jammu and Kashmir Police, stated.
“Aijaz of Pulwama and his colleagues are being hunted down, and they will be neutralised shortly,” he continued.
According to police, the search is still ongoing.
