Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia Appointed As Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court. The Central Government has notified the appointment of Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, as the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court.
A notification issued by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice said “In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(1) of Article217of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
