US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris have received the first shot of Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine live on television. Her husband Doug Emhoff also got the vaccine shot at United Medical Center in Washington DC. While taking the vaccine shot she said “Let’s do it, it’s about saving your life, the life of your family members, and the life of your community.”
US Food and Drug Administration have granted emergency use approval for two coronavirus vaccines one from Pfizer/BioNTech and one from Moderna.
