Karnataka Ex CM Siddaramaiah Collapsed Amid Election Campaign
Guwahati: Karnataka Assembly elections will be held on May 10. Every political party is gearing up for the assembly elections in the state. Already every political party including the ruling opposition has campaigned extensively in the state. Many high profile leaders of each party are participating in the election campaign in the state.
Meanwhile, an incident took place in Vijayanagara district of the state on Saturday. Siddaramaiah, a former chief minister of the state, who was in the city to campaign for his party candidate, collapsed while he was about to sit in a vehicle.
However, the bodyguards nearby hold him tight and rescued him from danger.
Opposition leader Siddaramaiah who arrived at the helipad of the outer zone by helicopter fell off the helicopter when he was about to sit in the car.
However, the bodyguards at the spot immediately hold him tight in his hands and lifted him up.
Also, the assistant of Siddaramaiah tried to normalise him by providing him water. After which former chief minister Siddaramaiah headed to the poll-bound destination.
It is to be noted that there are only a few days left for the assembly elections in the state. Apart from this, party leaders have been campaigning for various candidates of the party. And on the same day, the leaders are seen busy campaigning by attending one election rally after the other.
