Guwahati: In a fresh organisational move, the Congress party on July 21 announced key appointments within its student wing, the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI).
Kaushik Kashyap has been appointed as the new NSUI President for Assam with immediate effect. The party also named Dr. Anshul Trivedi as the AICC Coordinator attached to the NSUI in-charge.
The appointments were approved by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, and mark a renewed push by the party to strengthen its student outreach and organisational presence in Assam and beyond.
