Kejriwal under house arrest since his return after visiting farmers, says AAP, police reject claim
The Ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi has alleged that CM Arvind Kejriwal has been put under a virtual house arrest since he returned after visiting the protesting Farmers at the Singhu Border on Monday. AAP sources have alleged Arvind Kejriwal has been put under house arrest-like conditions since Monday after he returned from the Singhu border where he met the Farmer Leaders.
All Meetings of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal have been cancelled, reported India Today. AAP sources have further alleged that on the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Three Mayors of the Municipal corporation of Delhi sat on a DHARNA outside the main Gate of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Residence.
