Lalu Prasad Yadav Shifted for treatment to AIIMS in Delhi

Guwahati: Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was evacuated to the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi on Wednesday night, days after he sustained several fractures after falling down stairs at his Patna home.

After his son Tejashwi Yadav said that Lalu’s body is “frozen” and he is unable to move much, this occurred hours later. “As a result of the fall, he has three fractures. After the fall, complications grew as his body became stuck, he was unable to move much, and ” Tejashwi was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.

Moreover, Tejashwi stated that he intended to travel with his father to Singapore for a kidney transplant, but “We’ll follow what the doctors in Delhi advise in light of his most recent fracture. We would prefer to take him abroad if they permit “.

Meanwhile, Lalu’s wife and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, who also reached Delhi on Wednesday, has said that the RJD supremo’s health is “slightly better now”, but she has asked supporters to pray for his health.

“He is receiving care, so don’t be alarmed; he will get better. Everyone should offer prayers for his speedy recovery ” Rabri Devi was quoted as saying by PTI.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met with the septuagenarian and inquired about his health before Lalu was sent to Delhi AIIMS. He also spoke to the doctors and met Lalu’s sons Tejashwi and Tej Pratap.

“Since he was hospitalised, Lalu Ji’s condition seemed to be getting better. But it would be appropriate to transport him to Delhi for better care. I sincerely hope he recovers quickly ” Nitish was quoted as saying by PTI. “We have a lengthy history. We’ve known one another since we were kids.”
