Maha Pol Crisis: Rebel Shinde Camp Visit Kamakhya Temple, To Head Back Today

Guwahati: The rebel camp of Shiv Sena MLAs visited to Guwahati’s Kamakhya temple to seek blessings under the leadership of leader Eknath Shinde on Wednesday.

This comes after reports surfaced of the rebel Maharashtra legislators of the Shinde camp residing in Guwahati, returning to Maharashtra today.

According to reports, a chartered flight has been scheduled to fly the Shinde-led camp home. They apparently plan to travel to Goa today.

Meanwhile, two chartered buses bearing registration numbers AS 01 NC 3362 and AS 01NC 3361 were arranged to ferry them back.

Shinde was accompanied to the temple by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Sushanta Borgohain.

Furthermore, the flight will depart Guwahati for Goa around 4 pm in the evening. The Guwahati airport has strict security measures in place as a result.

Reportedly, around 71 rooms at the Taj Hotel have been reserved for the Shide-led group in advance of their arrival in Goa.

According to reports, the floor test’s procedures will begin tomorrow.
