Mamata Banerjee Slips While Boarding Helicopter in Durgapur, Sustains Minor Injury

National Desk, 27th April: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee encountered a mishap while boarding a helicopter in Durgapur on April 27. Amidst the boarding process, she slipped and incurred a minor injury, promptly receiving assistance from her security personnel.

Despite the setback, Banerjee demonstrated resilience and chose to continue her scheduled journey to Asansol.

This incident comes within a relatively short span of six weeks since Banerjee’s previous accident on March 14 at her Kalighat residence in Kolkata. During that incident, she suffered more severe injuries to her forehead and nose, necessitating hospitalization for medical attention and care.
