Guwahati: A man was assaulted by fellow passengers on a bus travelling from Roing district in Arunachal Pradesh to Guwahati city.
A video has been widely circulating on social media where the visual can clearly be seen that how the angry passengers were assaulting the man.
According to reports, a girl in the seat in front of him was allegedly assaulted and physically abused by the male.
Reports further claimed that the man allegedly grabbed the woman’s chest, prompting her to strike him and alert her fellow passengers.
Following the incident, the accused was then dragged from the bus and thrashed in the middle of the road by several passengers who came to his aid.
It may be mentioned that a FIR has been registered and the man has been arrested as a result.
