Guwahati: A man was arrested for allegedly shooting a barber dead in the Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
The incident took place in Sharifpur Bhainsroli village of the town.
The accused identified as Sameer shot the victim Irfan along with his brother Imran after he refused to give him a haircut and asked Irfan to clear his previous dues.
However, Irfan died on the spot and his brother is in undergoing treatment.
According to reports, Sameer shot Irfan with his licensed gun and injured his brother in the leg.
It may be mentioned that two of the four accused were arrested by the police and a search operation to nab the rest is underway.
