Manipur Chief Minister Flags Off Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign Bike Rally
Northeast, August 14 — In his address, Chief Minister Singh expressed gratitude to participants and urged them to contribute to building a strong and unified Bharat and Manipur. He wished the bikers a safe journey to their destination.
Director General of Police Rajiv Singh, who presided over the event, explained that the rally, following the chief minister’s directive, would traverse Imphal, Nambol, Bishnupur, and conclude at the Indian National Army complex in Moirang. There, participants would be honored for their enthusiasm and patriotism.
The rally saw participation from 24 motorcycle riders’ organizations and clubs, totaling over 1,200 riders, including members of Manipur Police and the Youth Affairs and Sports Department.
The event was attended by IPR Minister Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh, Special Chief Secretary M.H. Khan, and various senior civil and police officials.
Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh inaugurated the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign Bike Rally’ on August 14, aimed at fostering unity and strength in the state. The rally, organized by the Government of Manipur, commenced from Hapta Kangjeibung.
