Northeast Desk, 24th November: The Committee on Tribal Unity (CoTU), Sadar Hills, advised Konsaram bodies to refrain from unnecessary controversies during the ongoing ethnic tensions.
While appreciating the neutral stance of Konsaram Village Authority and Konsaram Women’s Union, CoTU urged against attention-seeking behavior during such challenging times.
The top Kuki-Zo tribal body emphasized the peace-loving nature of the Kuki-Zo community and called for mutual co-existence with Liangmei brethren.
CoTU cautioned against unfounded allegations, highlighting the need for unity and refraining from controversies amid the delicate situation.
