Manipur: Online portal for filing complaint Launched
Northeast Desk, 27th December: In a noteworthy move towards enhancing citizen grievance redressal in Manipur, an online portal was inaugurated on December 27.
The Manipur Information Commission has introduced the facility for online filing (e-filing) of the 2nd Appeal and Complaint cases in alignment with the directives of the Supreme Court of India.
To avail this service, complainants or appellants can visit www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in.
Chief Information Commissioner Koijam Radhashyam officially launched the portal, reflecting the government’s commitment to utilizing technology for public welfare. This platform allows citizens to submit their complaints online, eliminating the need for physical visits to Consumer Commissions or Courts.
The portal not only streamlines the online filing of complaints but also facilitates a hybrid mode for appeals and complaints, marking a positive step towards efficient grievance resolution.
