Manipur Police Arrest 7 Suspects Following Attacks in Paona Bazar and Thangal Bazar
Northeast Desk, 14th May: Manipur Police have apprehended seven individuals suspected of involvement in a series of recent attacks on civilians in the Paona Bazar and Thangal Bazar areas. The attacks, carried out by unidentified miscreants, had caused significant concern among local residents and authorities.
Following the incidents, police swiftly registered a case and initiated an investigation. Their efforts led to the identification and arrest of the suspects across various locations in Imphal West and Imphal East Districts. Among those apprehended are Khumukcham Brainny Singh, 19, R.K. Ronish Singh, 22, and five juveniles classified as children in conflict with the law (CCL).
