A sensational incident occurred in the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) premises where a final year MBBS student have allegedly committed suicide. According to reports the name of the deceased is Nimching Panmei, who stayed in Hostel 4.
Bhangagarh Police Station OC said that the deceased might have jumped from the balcony and committed suicide but the post mortem report is yet to come. The deceased’s family has taken the body back and the Police has started the initial investigation.
